Jamie and his team did an amazing job finding and repairing a major leak in our swimming pool at home in Tyler, Texas. They systematically and efficiently diagnosed the leak, which was a cracked pipe under the concrete pool deck. They designed an ingenious repair on the spot involving surgical removal of two small rectangular sections from the deck over the damaged pipe. After the pipe was repaired, the deck was carefully restored in a short time. The repair has performed beautifully. My mother and I are so happy with the result!

Jamie is very friendly and courteous, and he shares his extensive knowledge of swimming pools with interested pool owners. He taught me a lot during the repair visit. I look forward to having Jamie and his company back to our home for future pool projects!

He was able to diagnose and fix my pool’s plumbing leak in a few hours despite it being under concrete, all the while explaining to me what the issue was and answering my relentless questions about pools, since I am a new pool owner. Thank you very much for helping me out again. The first time I called On the Spot Leak Detection, I thought I had some major problem with the way I was losing water. Jamie came out and diagnosed and took care of the problem. The second time I had an issue, it was right after having the plaster repaired/replaced. Thinking again there were some larger issues with my pool system, he showed me where the plaster needed to be repaired near one of the lights after being there 5 seconds. I have been in the real estate business for over 30 years and I rarely recommend businesses to my clients unless they are superlative. On The Spot and Jamie can be trusted and he really knows pools. Not only are his repairs “on the spot” but he follows up to see that all is well after completion. This is unheard of in todays business climate! I have tried many, many pool leak / repair companies since moving to Flower Mound from Kansas City 3 years ago. Our pool has had a leak and we have had a wet driveway since we moved in over 3 years ago. I wanted to trust the pool / leak companies I found via Angies list and or on line, also used the BBB reference guide. NONE of the companies worked with me as directly to solve the problem. I even started our discussions with, “I do not trust ANY pool repair companies” You were very direct, to the point, and on a mission to find our pool leak, as well as told me you will find it, you will take care of it. You showed me everything you found immediately when you found issues in the pool. You explained what it would take to repair, in all findings told me it would be taken care of. You found leaks that the past 3 companies never found, that I do not understand, however, your company, attitude and repair is absolutely the best. I would highly recommend your services to anyone needing pool repair. The driveway is dry, the pool does not leak, and it is VERY satisfying knowing this project is completed. Thank you!

Totally impressed with Jamie’s work. He did a fantastic job on the leak detection and remembered details when it was time to get the leak repaired.
